The 3-day educational workshop which was conducted by the directorate of the Career Development Centre (CDC) for the SWEDO volunteers has successfully finished on Thursday, Feb 18, 2021. The participants received different seminars and practical lectures on volunteerism, volunteers’ legal rights, the significance of volunteering works, and most importantly the importance of mental health between volunteers and IDPs (Internally displaced people) in refugee camps.It is worth mentioning that the Participation Certificates were given to all of the attended volunteers with the presence of Ms. Berivan Mohammad Ahmad the director of CDC, Mr. Lazgin Halo the Management Director of the University of Zakho, Dr. Aveen Hassan Mohammed the Head of the English Department and Mr. Nechirvan Hasan Jawzal the coordinator of CDC at the Faculty of Humanities.
